Deposits

A session or wedding is held when you sign the quote and pay the deposit. Headshots and portraits: 50% to book. Weddings and events: 25% to book, remainder 14 days before the date.

Cancellations by you

More than 14 days before: full deposit refund, minus any prints already ordered.

8–14 days: 50% of the deposit is kept, or you may apply it as a credit if you rebook within 90 days.

7 days or less, or a no-show: the deposit is kept. The date was held.

Cancellations by us

If we cannot shoot (illness, equipment failure we cannot replace in time), you get a full refund of fees paid to us, or we rebook at no extra charge. Vendor or venue costs you paid are not refunded through us.

Weather

Outdoor sessions: we reschedule once at no charge if Environment Canada posts a warning for Barrie. If you choose to shoot anyway, that is the session.

Files

Edited files are the deliverable. Raw files are not included unless the quote says so. Once the gallery is delivered, a change of mind about a pose or a crop is not a refund.

How to request a refund

Email hello@northlinephoto.ca or call (437) 448-5184 with your invoice number. We reply within two business days.

This policy is governed by the laws of Ontario. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 that cannot be waived.
